- Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment in 1 to 2 business days, in which you will be notified by email.
- Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
- Swimwear and intimates must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Socks must be returned unopened, in original packaging.
- Guild reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer.

- Exchanges are only available for full priced items and items up to 40% off.

- We ship UPS Ground, and prices vary depending on location. If you would like expedited shipping or international shipping, we can proceed with that at an additional charge.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
- Orders received before 2pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out within 48- 72 hours. Orders received after 2pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will be shipped within 48 hours as of the next weekday.
